Breakthrough Intensive PT is looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to be the welcoming face and voice of our office. We’re a unique, cash-based therapy center that helps children and adults with neurological conditions reach their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors, both in-person and over the phone.
• Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning clients—whether through phone, email, or text.
• Answer phone calls and field new and current client inquiries with a solutions-focused attitude.
• Monitor and respond to our main email inbox and incoming text messages, directing inquiries as needed.
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients and assess fit for our services.
• Confidently speak with families about session costs and available packages, offering clarity and empathy.
• Manage client schedules, book appointments, and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Keep the front office space clean, organized, and professional at all times.
• Relay relevant client updates to the therapy team to ensure seamless communication and care.
• Support special events and family engagement activities that build our amazing community.
